At Conflux Jon is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the company, the commercial programme management, the design, and implementation of the complete integrated management system, along with other key company strategies.

Profile

Jon is the Chief Operating Officer for Conflux Technology, he has over 25 years of experience in analysing, designing, refining, and implementing projects and company systems across a verity of business types.

Jon has held operational roles in start-ups, small to medium enterprises and large corporate. These have spanned various industries including Manufacturing, Aviation, Automotive, Marine, Construction, Property Development, Visitor Accommodation and Higher Education.

This has included the hands-on project management through the entire project life cycle of aircraft seating, from concept to production including conformity to Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) requirements. He is also involved in the design, build and ongoing performance monitoring of low energy housing projects.
