One of the key challenges is managing the file size of extremely complex geometries within an end-to-end engineering workflow.

Throughout the design process, multiple iterations need to be transferred between CAD, simulation and build softwares. The modelling approach needs to be carefully considered to ensure that the performance of complex geometries can be accurately simulated.

The image below gives an idea of the level of complexity we model. This is a slice of a lattice core cylinder that is less than 2.5mm wide!
